GET TO KNOW OUR EXHIBITORS: LINK

Link Logo

As momentum for Homebuyer Show Scotland increases, we are proud to welcome the award-winning Link Group to the growing team of exhibitors for the show this October. One of Scotland’s biggest affordable homes providers, Link is a group of social enterprises who deliver services to improve lives and communities. Link has over 50 years’ experience in successfully providing high-quality housing solutions and related support services.

Experts from Link will be on hand at Homebuyer Show Scotland to advise on how to make home buying more affordable by taking advantage of the shared equity schemes provided by the Scottish Government. These incentives include the government-backed Help to Buy new build home scheme, which is open to both existing homeowners and first-time buyers, and the LIFT scheme, which will help first-time buyers and other priority groups to purchase homes either on the open market or new build properties from local councils and housing associations.

Colin Culross, Director of Development & Asset Management at Link Group, said: “We’re delighted to be a part of Homebuyer Show Scotland and Link’s team is looking forward to meeting with home buyers and providing information on Help to Buy (Scotland) and LIFT.

“We want to deliver a high quality customer focussed service assisting buyers who need a boost to get on the property ladder, so the event will be a fantastic opportunity to meet with people dreaming of buying their own home and showing them how easily it can become a reality.”

Visitors to the show will be able to find out more about how Link can help them by attending Homebuyer Show Scotland at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on 19 October.
